Carrier Oils

While your skin and hair can really benefit from essential oils, most need to be delivered using a carrier oil. Carrier oils can be used directly on your skin or hair and, because, they are oils, essential oils easily dissolve in them.

As well as allowing for safe delivery of essential oils, they also have several benefits themselves. From skin healing to moisturising hair and nails, they are often valuable even when used alone. Having said that, years of trying ready made blends and creating my own products have taught me that oils are often most powerful when combined with complimentary oils. 

I recommend using these oils alone, blended with other carrier oils, with or without a few drops of essential oils, used in homemade balms, and most importantly, with a lot of love.
