Being Your Own Bestie Bath and Body Oil

Ingredients: Jojoba Oil with Essential Oils of Geranium, Rose and Neroli and Jasmine Absolute.

Recipe: Add the following drops to a 30ml dropper bottle:

• 6 drops of Geranium 
• 9 drops of Neroli
• 15 drops of Rose
• 5 drops of Jasmine

Then top it up with 30ml of Jojoba Oil.

Story behind the blend...

As I was learning about essential oils, I bought a lot of books and tried a lot of recipes. This one came up as great for women who were dealing with all the changes that happen in life when your children leave home and your life no longer revolves around them. I was so taken by it when I first made it that I made versions for lots of family and friends and sent it to them. So many women really loved the blend and particularly liked using it when they felt the need for selfcare, protection or just a bit of love. So, if you relate to the above, I recommend you try it as a pick-me-up in a bottle. 

It is designed to either use in a massage (you can take it to your therapist when you go for one), pour it into a bath or massage with it afterwards, or have in a roller ball to roll onto yourself whenever you need it.

The 30ml ready made blend is one bottle of ready to use "Being Your Own Bestie". The 100ml kit contains:

• 10ml Geranium Essential Oil
• 10ml Jasmine Absolute Oil
• 10ml Neroli Essential Oil
• 10ml Rose Essential Oil
• 100ml Jojoba Oil
• 1 x 10ml empty rollerball

Putting oils into rollerballs is much easier to do with a jug with a narrow spout or a test tube, so I recommend investing in one or both of them so to avoid wasting any oil.

Also, once you have the essential oils, you can easily make more of the product just by buying more jojoba oil. 10ml of each of these essential oils will be enough to make over 800ml of the blend and, even then, you'd only need to buy another 10ml of Rose Essential Oil to have enough essential oils to make double that amount (by which point, your passion for it might be starting to wane!).  Either way, they are lots of great blends to make with this combination of oils so, if you want something ultra feminine and loving, this is the blend for you.
