Feeding your skin from the inside out
Share
This store sells a wide array of products that can feed your skin from the outside in. Many people using them notice the difference in their skin very quickly, however, if you are keen to do everything you can to thoroughly nourish your skin, it's worth working from the inside out too.
Obviously, for skin to be properly hydrated, it helps if you avoid, or at least minimise, your consumption of products known to dehydrate your body, such as caffeine and alcohol. However, there are also a few products which I have found extremely useful when trying to hydrate and feed your skin from the inside.
Marine Collagen
This is a powder that can be added to water and drunk. Amazingly, research has shown that in can support wound healing, skin anti-aging, and bone regeneration. You have to take about 10g a day dissolved in water for about 3 months before you will be sure you are seeing a difference, but I swear by it. I recommend using marine collagen created using wild caught fish and getting enough for three months to start with (so 1kg per person).

Alfalfa
To be properly hydrated your body needs three things; water, minerals and fats. While a lot of people have no problem drinking water nor consuming fats, minerals are an issue. Alfalfa is a great way to ensure you have all the minerals you need without too much expense or effort, I take 1 level teaspoon in about 1.5 litres of water twice a day. I ran out recently (long and boring story) and I was devastated. Fortunately, this supplier quickly delivered some great quality alfalfa and I was hydrated once more! If you find you are drinking water, but not feeling hydrated, I would try alfalfa and see if it can help you.
